Introduction
At Design and Supply, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details on how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
Damaged items: If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Incorrect orders: If we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item, we will accept a return and rectify the mistake.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at dsl@designandsupply.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Returns for reasons other than those specified (damaged items or incorrect orders) will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if the return is approved and meets the conditions outlined above. Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in resaleable condition
Customised or personalised items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us the same day of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, please contact us the same day of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and ensure the correct items are sent to you as soon as possible.
