With a remarkable 27 years of service, Geraint’s journey with our company is a testament to his unwavering commitment and versatility. He began his remarkable journey as a welder and has since worn many hats within our organisation. He has worked as a punch operator, in buffing, and even in the packing departments. Over the years, Geraint has steadily climbed the ladder, transitioning into various roles such as estimating, programming, and purchasing before ultimately assuming the role of Office Manager.

What Geraint treasures most about his job is the opportunity to liaise and support his fantastic team, fostering their growth and development.

His vision for his role is straightforward yet ambitious: to be the best Office Manager he can possibly be. Geraint aspires to surpass the achievements of previous managers by applying the extensive knowledge he has accumulated during his remarkable 27-year journey with us.
