Scott Davies, an integral part of the Design and Supply family for over 22 years, embarked on his journey with the company as an apprentice programmer for laser cutting machines. Over the years, Scott has held various pivotal roles within our organisation, spanning quoting, procurement, and planning. Five years into his tenure, he transitioned into the realm of designing and programming steel doors.

During this phase of his career, Scott played a ground-breaking role in the development of our Slimline door range. From conceiving early-stage designs to research, development, pricing, and estimating, he was instrumental in creating a product. In his role as a Director, Scott envisions steering sustainable growth, strengthening brand recognition, and enhancing employee engagement. His sights are also set on inspiring future generations to explore the world of manufacturing. Scott’s ascent through the ranks exemplifies our enduring commitment to nurturing talent from within.

Damian Regis, with an extensive background of over 25 years in the manufacturing industry, brings a wealth of global experience from his time in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing. His journey has taken him around the world, but his heart led him back to his hometown of Merthyr Tydfil, where he joined Design and Supply as Operations Manager seven years ago. In this role, Damian championed growth and improvement across our business.

Leveraging his vast experience, Damian focused on driving innovation and efficiency, reshaping our operations and strategies. His expertise perfectly complements and enhances our existing leadership team. Damian’s enthusiasm for achieving remarkable growth aligns seamlessly with the Board’s vision of positioning Design and Supply as the leading manufacturers in our industry.
