What Richard enjoys most about his role is working directly with clients – understanding their challenges, expanding his technical knowledge, and delivering solutions that genuinely add value. This customer-first mindset has been central to his rapid progression into the Sales Manager role.
Today, Richard focuses on driving sustainable growth, refining sales processes, and supporting the wider team to consistently meet – and exceed – their targets. He takes particular pride in how quickly he’s developed his expertise, becoming increasingly self-reliant while helping to shape the future direction of our sales team.
