Customer Rewards Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers who place an order between 1st September, 2024, and 30th September 2024.
- Entry: To enter, customers must scan the QR code provided and provide us with your details and order number. Each qualifying order will be counted as a separate entry into the prize draw. If your Order ID is not in the system as a processed order the entry will not be valid.
- Prize: The prize is £100 gift voucher, which will be awarded to one winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- Draw Date: The prize draw will take place on 5th October 2024, and the winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
- Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
- Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 00:00 on 1st September 2024, to 23:59 on 30th September 2024. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
- Exclusions: Employees of Design and Supply their immediate family members, and any affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
- Data Protection: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion. Personal data will not be shared with third parties.
- General: Design and Supply reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, Design and Supply’s decision will be final.
